Biosecurity (Quarantine) Inspection

New Zealand is recognized as having some of the toughest biosecurity standards in the world. Using the same standards, JEVIC has created a biosecurity inspection system second to none. Qualified JEVIC staff and inspectors include ex Japanese and New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry personal.

All vehicles that have been decontaminated and pass a JEVIC Biosecurity Inspection are issued with a Certificate of Inspection.

To further guarantee the highest standard of technical ability and quality assurance is maintained, JEVIC have achieved ISO/IEC 17020:2000 accreditation, specifically for Biosecurity Inspections.

Decontamination

Vehicles decontamination is assurance that no organic matter is present on the vehicle at the time of export. JEVIC have invested into developing the highest standards in vehicle decontamination equipment and facilities.

The D-con technology has been instrumental within the JEVIC system providing consistency and high quality efficiences.

Heavy Machinery / Boat

Bulldozers, excavators and even boats are all subject to harsh quarantine and biosecurity inspections woeldwode upon importation. JEVIC have the experience and expertise to ensure all types of biosecurity risks associated with various types of cargo are cleared and decontaminationed prior to shipment.

All machinery and other specialist equipment that has been decontaminated and passed a JEVIC Biosecurity Inspection are issued with a Certificate of Inspection.
